Founded in Florence by Aurelio Conti, Eureka started its activity in 1920 as manufacturer of espresso grinders and quickly became a symbol of excellence. It became a leader in this field producing high-quality grinders for any type of coffee preparation.

The Eureka Mignon Silenzio is extremely silent and with its large 50mm diameter burrs, the Eureka can grind fairly quickly which minimizes the amount of heat the ground coffee is subjected to.

The Eureka Mignon Silenzio is a doserless grinder that grinds directly into the portafilter and with its stepless micrometrical grinding adjustment, you can easily set the precise grind required.
