Return Policy

Online purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of the shipping date.  All returns are issued with a store credit and if the original order qualified for free shipping and the product is returned, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted.  The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

In order to begin a return, you must email us at sales@faemacanada.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).  Detailed instructions on how to proceed will be emailed to you.  Please include your name and Order # and the reason why you wish to return the item.

Items for return must be:

• In new and unused condition
• In its original and undamaged packaging

Items are subject to inspection upon return prior credit issuance.

Items returned without an RMA# will be not be accepted.

Items that are used or returned with damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.

Due to safety issues, we are unable to accept returns on any consumable item.

Parts are not returnable.  These are considered a final sale.
