Warranty Policy

All espresso machines and grinders come with a one year warranty on factory defective parts and labour as of the shipping date. All service is done in our Montreal Service Centre. Shipping to and from our service centre will be at the cost of the customer.

In order to begin a warranty service, you must email us at to determine what the issue is. Many issues are resolved without having to return the machine.

Should the machine need to be returned to our center for verification, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Detailed instructions on how to proceed will be emailed to you. Please include your name and Order # as well as the issue you are experiencing.

There is no warranty on parts.  These are considered a final sale.
