We offer free in-store pick up.  Please wait to receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.  Identification is required when picking up your order.


Shipping Policy

We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

Please contact us directly for international orders.

We do no ship to PO boxes.

Shipping within Canada

All qualifying * orders of $125.00 or more will be shipped free of charge (except for Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories).

For all orders less than $125.00 and non-qualifying orders, shipping will be a flat rate of $20.00 plus taxes.

Additional shipping charges may apply for addresses in remote areas.  You will be advised of this prior to shipping.

Shipping Method

Orders will be shipped using the shipping provider of our choice.

An order confirmation will be sent once your order has been validated.

A shipping confirmation will be sent once the order has been shipped including its tracking information.

Please report any damaged, defective or missing items immediately and no later than 5 business days following reception. Please do not use the damaged or defective item and keep any damaged shipping boxes so that we can begin a claim with the shipping provider.

Any refused deliveries will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the original shipping and handling costs will not be credited.

Warranty Shipping

All espresso machines and grinders come with a one year warranty on factory defective parts and labour as of the shipping date. All service is done in our Montreal Service Center. Shipping to and from our service centre will be at the cost of the customer.

In order to begin a warranty service, you must email us at sales@faemacanada.com to determine what the issue is. Many issues are resolved without having to return the machine.

Should the machine need to be returned to our center for verification, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Detailed instructions on how to proceed will be emailed to you. Please include your name and Order # as well as the issue you are experiencing.

Taxes & Duty (where applicable)

We are located in Quebec, Canada and taxes will be charged as follows:

  • Quebec - 5% GST + 9.975% QST
  • Ontario - 13% HST
  • New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island - 15% HST
  • Rest of Canada - 5% GST
  • International - 0%

For all International shipments, customer is responsible for any duty, custom charges and/or taxes assessed by their country.
