The NEW Atlas+ version takes the kitchen experience to the next level: it allows you to make on more pasta shape compared to previous models.  Its compact design lets you create four pasta types with just one tool: lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini and spaghetti.  To make the tagliolini format with Atlas+, roll out the sheet to a thickness of 8-9 and pass it through the spaghetti rollers.
