ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Anette Moldvaer is the co-founder of Square Mile Coffee Roasters, an award-winning London-based coffee roasting company. This company sources, buys, imports and roasts coffees that it sells to consumers and businesses. Anette started her career as a barista in 1999, in her native Norway. Today, she travels the world, looking for the best coffee producers. She is a member of the jury of several international competitions, such as the World Barista Championship, the Cup of Excellence and the Good Food Awards. She has facilitated coffee workshops throughout Europe, the United States, Latin America and Africa. She roasted the winning espresso at the 2007, 2008 and 2009 World Barista Championships, and won the 2007 World Cup Tasters Championship.
